St. Kitts and Nevis Olympic Committee Headquarters Renamed in Honor of President Alphonso E. Bridgewater

Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis March 27, 2024 [SKNOC]- The St. Kitts and Nevis Olympic Committee (SKNOC), this evening unanimously passed a special resolution renaming its headquarters at Taylor’s Range the “Alphonso E. Bridgewater Olympic House.” The historic motion was made in recognition of President Bridgewater’s extensive contributions and unwavering dedication to the Olympic movement and the overall development of sports within the Federation.

S L Horsfords St. Paul’s United maintained their lead at the top of the National Bank Group of Companies Premier League table with a 2-0 win over Honda Newtown United on Sunday March 24^th at Warner Park, despite going down to ten men when Omar Francis was issued a red card late in the first half. St. Paul’s have 12 points, winning all four of their Premier League matches thus far.

SIXTEEN GOALS SCORED IN LATEST NBGC PREMIER LEAGUE MATCHES

It was busy weekend of football in the National Bank Group of Companies Premier League with wins for Rams Village Superstars, Honda Newtown United, Hotsprings Bath United and S.L. Horfords St. Paul’s United. On Friday March 15, MFCR Old Road United Jets drew 1-1 with Flow 4G Cayon Rockets. Ber-Nel Hobson scored for Old Road in the 17^th minute and Ronald Williams Jr. equalized in the 70^th minute. Newly appointed Coach Anthony “Nets” Isaac of Cayon said he is taking some time to acclimatize to the system his players are used to.
