Second Chief Minister, First Premeir and National Hero, Rt Excellent Sir Robert L Bradshaw and some of those who served alongside him.
The Golden Rock airport was renamed, Robert L Bradshaw International Airport, Social Security Building Headquarters in Basseterre was named in his honor, Robert L Bradshaw Heroes Memorial Park in St. Paul’s and the Robert L Bradshaw Building at Windsor School of Medicine.

Thank you for the opportunity to address this Council today and to make my contribution to this debate on United Nations Security Council Reform on the question of the Veto.  St. Kitts and Nevis aligns itself with the statements made by the Caribbean Community and the L.69 which has detailed the specifics of our national position.

Winds: East-northeast at 14 to 21 mph, reaching as high as 32 mph during showers, as
well as over open waters and in elevated areas.


Seas: 1.8 to 2.4 metres or 6 to 8 feet, with swells reaching 1.5 metres or 5 feet. Therefore,
small craft and high surf advisories remain firmly in place mainly for the north
and eastern coastlines of the islands.


Weather Forecast for St. Kitts and Nevis: A weak line of moisture approaching the
area combined with pockets of low-level moisture moving across the region on a moderate
to fresh trade wind flow will maintain a heightened chance for shower activity over and
around the islands during the next 24 hours. Rainfall totals of 12.7 to 25.4mm or 0.5 to 1
inch are possible during that time.


Weather tonight: Partly cloudy and breezy conditions, with periods of increased
cloudiness and a 70 percent or high chance of overnight showers.
Weather tomorrow: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with a 70 percent or high chance of
showers mainly during the morning and early afternoon hours, with gradual improvements
thereafter.
