Climate Change and NCDs are two sides of same coin for the Caribbean says Prime Minister Harris
BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, September 25, 2018 (PLP PR Media Inc.) — Prime Minister Dr the Hon Timothy Harris was on Monday September 24 one of the speakers at the launch of The Defeat-NCD Partnership at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. As the Prime Minister on matters of health in the Quasi CARICOM Cabinet, he observed that Climate Change in the Caribbean is deemed the most significant public health threat.

ARRESTS AND BAIL:
Arrested: Danza Bolus of Old Road was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for offences of Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle and Driving Without Insurance.
Arrested: Stevenson Duperval of Taylor’s Range was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Driving Without Insurance.
Arrested/Bailed: Cykes Esdaille of Newton Ground was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of Cannabis. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on November 05, 2018.

Arrested: Austin Emmanuel Huggins of New Road was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Battery and Threatening Language.
Arrested: Yanick Harris of Stapleton Housing Development was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Battery and Resisting Arrest.
