CLAY GHAUT RESIDENT CHARGED FOR POSSESSION OF FIREARM
Basseterre, St. Kitts, June 16, 2018 (RSCNPF): A man has been charged for the firearm found in Nevis during a recent search operation.
Eric Stapleton Jr., was who taken into Police custody for the firearm, was charged for the offences of Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Ammunition and Smuggling on June 15.
On June 12, Police Officers in Nevis, assisted and supported by members of the St. Kitts-Nevis Defence Force, executed a search warrant on Stapleton’s premises in Clay Ghaut and found one (1) 9mm Sig Sauer pistol with a number of matching rounds of ammunition.
