The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory identified three new positive cases (one male and two females) of COVID-19 from among the 496 tests conducted on Wednesday, June 2.
There are currently 33 persons in isolation.
Barbados now has 4,026 confirmed cases of COVID-19 – 1,948 females and
2,078 males, and 47 persons have died from the viral illness.
The public health laboratory has recorded 171,750 tests since February 2020.
A total of 80,392 persons have been vaccinated under the National Vaccination Programme, with 60,890 of them having received both doses of the vaccine. (BGIS)
