Mr Gumbs went walking yesterday afternoon in Challengers as one of his daily routines. Information reaching this media house that he collasped at Happy Hill and was unresponsive. The medical doctor was called and Mr Roger was pronounced dead.
He was an employee of the government for years at the Treasury.
