Several Backyard Gardeners visited the Department of Agriculture on Monday morning to collect their free seedlings, courtesy of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources. Seedlings distributed so far include cabbage, cauliflower, beets, broccoli, lettuce, string beans and sweet corn. This food security initiative began on January 24 and is set to run for 3 months.
