National Caribbean Insurance Company Limited is partnering with the SKN MOVES in the fight against Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD’s).St. Kitts and Nevis (SKN) Moves is a health campaign aimed at reducing the burden of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in the Federation by engaging with a wide cross section of public and private sector organizations.
Dr. Marissa Carty, NCD Program Coordinator, in the Ministry of Health, St. Kitts is spearheading the initiative. According to Dr. Carty, this broad-based program is designed to promote healthy lifestyle choices throughout three main settings: the workplace, schools, and the wider community.
NCI is delighted to join with SKN MOVES 2022 as a title sponsor. Mr. Floyd Charles Senior Manager of the Sales and Marketing Department presented the check contribution of EC Ten Thousand Dollars (XCD10,000.00) to Dr. Carty at the NCI Offices in Basseterre.
.According to Dr. Carty, the funds will go toward the SKN Moves’ advocacy, engagement, and empowerment campaigns in 2022.
