Hon. Jonel Powell, Having returned to the Federation yesterday, my first order of business was to visit the staff and students of the Joshua Obadiah Williams Primary School which was severely damaged by fire by some unpatriotic arsonist. As Minister of Education I stand firmly with the staff and students of the JOW School and assure them that they will rise from the ashes like that great phoenix.
