TRIAL RUN
As we continue extensive repair works on our Asphalt Plant on St. Kitts, yesterday the PWD on St. Kitts collaborated with the PWD on Nevis to barge hot mix Asphalt from Nevis to pave a section of Market Street.
This was a trial run to see how this and future collaborations can be done to build resiliency of both departments to minimize delays associated with maintenance work being done on machinary or any other operational delays or challenges.
A special thank you to the team at our PWD department for working out these tricky logistics and a big thank you to the PWD on Nevis for their outstanding support in this endeavour.
