NAME OF DECEASED: KEVONNE SHEMARL SMITHEN
SEX: MALE
AGE: TWENTY-THREE (23) YEARS
ORIGIN/ADDRESS: [ST. KITTS] NEW ROAD, B’TERRE
CAUSE OF DEATH: HYPOVOLEMIC SHOCK DUE TO A PERFORATING WOUND TO THE HEART & A STAB WOUND TO THE ANTERIOR CHEST WALL
PRECEDING INCIDENT: In the early evening of September 11th, 2023, Mr. Smithen was stabbed multiple times by two (2) armed assailants while working at a gas station. He succumbed to his injuries on the scene.
