We are delighted to announce the release of the completed winning song from the Independence 40 National Song Competition.
The competition, held during the Independence 40 celebrations last September, highlighted the exceptional talent of our citizens. We extend our sincere gratitude to all participants who submitted entries, contributing to the vibrancy of our national culture.
We are proud to present the final mastered version of the winning song, created by the talented IssaโขKamal, Jewel Wattley, and Jamal Jean-Jacques. Due to several technical issues and delays in refining and mastering the track, the completed song has only recently been received by the Independence Organising Committee. We appreciate the public’s patience and understanding during this period.
The winning song, MY SAINT KITTS AND NEVIS (WE ARE ONE), is now ready to be shared with the nation. It encapsulates the spirit of our independence and togetherness, and we are excited to share this piece of our heritage with everyone.
