As promised Hon Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew will continue to post construction projects underway.
Thus far I have posted the MRI project, NHC housing, St. Peter’s main road and the Conaree stadium.
Today he is posting the solar energy driven desalination plant under construction at Canada. This project is in keeping with our sustainable island state agenda.
The plant will produce about 60,000 gallons of potable water daily and will be the first public desalination plant in the Federation. This will help to alleviate the water shortage brought on by climate change.
Additionally, it is providing jobs for our construction workers.
