DAVIN PHIPPS CHARGED WITH MURDER
The Police have charged Davin ‘Dagga’ Phipps of Lower Westbourne Ghaut, Basseterre, St. Kitts, aged thirty-two (32), for the murder of Jimmy Allen. The criminal act was committed on February 4th, 2024, at Upper College Street Ghaut in Basseterre. Mr Phipps was charged on August 29th, 2024, at the Basseterre Police Station.
The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force extends sincere gratitude to all persons who assisted their investigative efforts in the pursuit of justice.
