VICTOR ST. LAURENT FINED FOR TRESPASSING & RESISTING ARREST
Victor St. Laurent, a Canadian national residing at Main Road, Johnson Long Path, St.
Kitts, has been convicted and fined for the offences of Trespassing and Resisting Arrest, which occurred on April 18th, 2025, at the Royal St. Kitts Hotel.
Mr. St. Laurent pleaded guilty to both charges, and on October 7th , 2025, he was fined one thousand dollars (EC $1,000) for Trespassing, to be paid within fourteen (14) days or serve one (1) month imprisonment in default. He was also fined two thousand dollars (EC $2,000) for Resisting Arrest, to be paid within fourteen (14) days or serve one (1) month imprisonment in default. His sentences were handed down by Her Honour Mrs. Rhonda Nisbett-Browne at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court.
