MILES WALTERS FINED FOR CANNABIS POSSESSION
Miles Walters of Cotton Ground, Nevis, has been convicted and fined on two (2) counts of Possession of Cannabis, having been initially charged with two (2) counts of Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.
Mr Walters was fined two thousand dollars ($2,000 XCD) on the first charge, payable within three months, or two (2) months imprisonment in default. He was also fined seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500 XCD) on the second possession charge, payable within three (3) months, or six (6) months imprisonment in default.
Mr Walters’ sentence was handed down on November 18th, 2025, at the Charlestown Magistrate Court, presided over by His Honour Mr Reynold Benjamin.
