ANDREW DAVIS FINED FOR MALICIOUS DAMAGE
Andrew Davis of Sebastian Street, St. Kitts, has been convicted and fined for the offence of Malicious Damage, committed on June 30th, 2025, at North Independence Square Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts.
Having pleaded guilty to the offence, Mr Whyte was fined five thousand dollars ($5,000 XCD), payable within five (5) months, or twelve (12) months imprisonment in default.
His sentence was handed down on November 18th 2025, at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court in District “A.
