ALTHUS WHYTE FINED FOR CONVEYING
Altus Whyte of Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been convicted and sentenced for the offence of Conveying. Mr Whyte was fined five thousand dollars ($5,000.00 XCD), payable within four (4) months, or six (6) months imprisonment in default.
His sentence was handed down on November 18th, 2025, at the Basseterre Magistrate’s.
