SEBASTIAN ATKINSON SENTENCED TO PRISON FOR MULTIPLE TRAFFIC OFFENCES


Sebastian Atkinson of Upper Cayon, St. Kitts, was sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for
multiple traffic-related offences. On December 11th, 2025, at the Basseterre Magistrate Court, His Honour Renold Benjamin sentenced Mr Atkinson to His Majesty’s Prison for the following offences:

 Driving Without Insurance – two (2) months’ imprisonment
 Driving at Night Without Rear Number Plate Illumination – two (2) months’ imprisonment
 Driving Without a Valid and Unexpired Licence – one (1) month imprisonment
 Driving Without Having Obtained the Relevant Licence – fourteen (14) days imprisonment

All terms are set to run concurrently.
