DENNIS CLARKE & SEBERT WILLIAMS SENTENCED FOR MULTIPLE OFFENCES


Sebert Williams of Taylor’s Village, St. Kitts, and Dennis Conrad Clarke were sentenced
for several offences committed on August 8th, 2025, at Central Street, St. Kitts. On December 9th, 2025, Her Honour Mrs Rhonda Nisbett-Browne handed down the following sentences at the District “A” Magistrate Court, Basseterre:

A. Sebert Williams, having pleaded guilty to Wounding, Carrying Abroad an Offensive
Weapon, and Throwing Missiles, Mr Williams was fined:


a) One thousand dollars ($1,000 XCD) for Throwing Missiles
b) Two thousand dollars ($2,000 XCD) for Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon
c) One thousand dollars ($1,000 XCD) for Wounding
d) He was also ordered to pay three thousand dollars ($3,000 XCD) in
compensation to Dennis Conrad Clarke, payable within four (4) months or face
three (3) months imprisonment.

B. Dennis Conrad Clarke pleaded guilty to Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon and
was fined one thousand ($1,000 XCD).
