OTIS JEFFERS CHARGED WITH LARCENY
Otis Jeffers of Cabbage Tree, Cayon, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offence of Larceny, committed between January 20th and 29th, 2026.
He was charged at the Cayon Police Station on February 16th, 2026.
