SEAN BROWNE SENTENCED FOR MALICIOUS DAMAGE & LARCENY


Sean Browne of Cotton Ground, Nevis, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the offence of Malicious Damage, and two (2) charges of Larceny. On February 17th, 2026, at the Charlestown Magistrate Court, Nevis, presided over by His Honour Mr Renold Benjamin, Mr Browne was sentenced to two (2) years and four (4)months’ imprisonment on one count of Larceny, with eight (8) months spent on remand deducted. On the second, he was also convicted and sentenced to one (1) year and six (6)
months’ imprisonment. Mr Browne’s Larceny sentences are set to run consecutively.

For the offence of Malicious Damage, he was sentenced to two (2) years’ imprisonment, which will run concurrently with the above sentences.
