MICHAEL RICHARDSON FINED FOR FRAUDULENT CONVERSION

Michael Richardson of Parray’s Village, St. Peter’s, St. Kitts, has been sentenced for two
(2) counts of Fraudulent Conversion, committed on January 30th, 2024, and February20th, 2024.

Having pleaded guilty to the offences on November 13th, 2025, Mr Richardson was
ordered to repay the full sum of thirty-one thousand eight hundred and ninety dollars
(XCD $31,890) to the aggrieved persons within ninety (90) days or, in default, serve nine
(9) months’ imprisonment.

His sentence was delivered at the Basseterre High Court, presided over by His LordshipJustice Patrick Thompson Jr. on February 20th, 2026. The matter is set for review on May21st, 2026.
