MULTIPLE LARCENY CHARGES LAID AGAINST RAPHAEL SIMMONS
Raphael Simmons of Wades Garden, Basseterre, St. Kitts, has been charged with the
following offences:
Larceny, committed on February 21st, 2026 (charged February 23rd, 2026)
Larceny from an Unattended Vehicle, committed on December 20th, 2025 (charged February 24th, 2026)
Malicious Damage, committed on February 19th, 2026 (charged February 25th, 2026)
All charges were laid at the Basseterre Police Station.
