BUCKLEY’S SHOOTING INCIDENT UNDER POLICE INVESTIGATION
The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is investigating a shooting
incident that occurred in the Buckley’s Estate area on St. Kitts between 9 AM and 9:30
AM on February 22nd, 2026.
Police responded to reports of gunfire and subsequently learned that one adult male hadsustained a gunshot injury to his left leg. He was transported to the Joseph N. France
General Hospital, where he received medical treatment.
The Crime Scene Unit of the RSCNPF processed the scene and collected items of evidential value. Investigations are ongoing. Further updates will be appropriately provided as information becomes available.
The RSCNPF urges anyone with information regarding this incident to contact the nearest Police station or report anonymously via the Crime Stoppers’ hotline, 707.
