SHERVIN BERGAN CHARGED WITH TRAFFIC & OBSTRUCTION OFFENCES
Shervin Bergan of West Farm, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offences of Reckless
Driving, Obstruction, and Refusing to Provide a Specimen of Blood.
He was charged on February 21st ,2026, at the Basseterre Police Station.
