S.L. HORSFORD & CO. LTD. ANNOUNCES 34TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Basseterre, St. Kitts – March 12, 2025 – S.L. Horsford & Co. Ltd., a longstanding leader in the retail and wholesale industry in St. Kitts and Nevis for over 150 years, is pleased to announce that its Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on May 22nd, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Union, Fortlands, Basseterre, St. Kitts.
In addition to attending the AGM in person, members and shareholders of the company may register to attend the meeting virtually via Zoom. Online registration will remain open until May 19th, 2025. To register, please visit:

The agenda for the meeting will include the following key items:
- To receive and consider the Financial Statements for the year ended September 30, 2024.
- To receive and consider the Report of Auditors.
- To receive and consider the Report of Directors.
- To declare a Dividend.
- To appoint Directors in place of those retiring.
- To appoint Auditors and fix their remuneration.
Members who are unable to attend in person may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. Proxies must be submitted to the Company Secretary or sent via email to [email protected] at least 48 hours before the AGM.
