The Honourable Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Sustainable Development, National Security, People Empowerment and Constituency Empowerment, Dr. the Honourable Timothy Harris, will seek leave to introduce and have read a first time Companies (Amendment)Bill, 2018; Financial Services Regulatory Commission (Amendment)Bill, 2018; Captive Insurance Companies (Amendment)Bill, 2018; Trusts (Amendment)Bill, 2018; Limited Partnership (Amendment) Bill, 2018.
Under Public Business, The Honourable Prime Minister will also move the second reading of Companies (Amendment)Bill, 2018; Financial Services Regulatory Commission (Amendment)Bill, 2018; Captive Insurance Companies (Amendment)Bill, 2018; Trusts (Amendment)Bill, 2018; Limited Partnership (Amendment) Bill, 2018.
The Honourable Minister responsible for Foreign Affairs and Aviation, Mark Brantley, will seek leave to introduce and have read a first time Civil Aviation (Amendment) Bill, 2018.
