What an incredible journey it’s been! The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources, alongside the Ministry of Small Business, Entrepreneurship, and Cooperatives team, led by yours truly, had the honor of attending the 52nd Annual Agriculture and Food Fair of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Under the theme “Agriculture: Our Future and so much more,” the Food Fair was a resounding success!

It’s with immense pride that I congratulate the Nevis Farmers’ Cooperative Society for clinching the first place and St. Kitts Farmers’ Cooperative Society for securing second place in the Off Island Exhibition. In addition to this triumph, we’re excited to share successful negotiations with supermarkets in the U.S VI to export our top-quality products. Our trip wasn’t just about showcasing; it was about securing opportunities for our farmers and advancing food security. With food security at the forefront, we’re committed to realizing our 25×25 agenda and beyond. @followers
