✨The Ministry of Sustainable Development, Environment, Climate Action, and Constituency Empowerment is being represented at the Ministry of Tourism’s Tourism Climate Action Workshop by the Public Sector Investment Planning, Parks & Beaches Unit, Department of Urban Resilience and Development and the Climate Action Unit. The 129th running of the Penn Relays will have a new face, that being of the Charles E. Mills Secondary School. The CEMSS Eagles will be soaring into Philadelphia to take part in the longest standing track meet in the US which started at 1895.

SKELEC successfully conducted a comprehensive drill at Buckleys Indoor Substation on Cayon Street as part of its commitment to enhancing safety protocols and preparedness. The drill, which simulated an explosion scenario, was aimed at testing the preparedness and coordination of first responders, was conducted in commemoration of SKELEC’s Safety Week of activities. The exercise provided a valuable opportunity for all parties involved to assess their response protocols, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen collaboration in managing potential emergencies.
