Prime Minister, Hon. Dr. Terrance Drew, Attends High-Level Meetings in New York 

Basseterre, St. Kitts (September 22, 2022) – Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Hon. Dr. Terrance Drew represented the federation at several high-level meetings at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) today, Thursday September 22, 2022. He attended the Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS) Leaders’ Breakfast Meeting about Multi Vulnerability Index at 8:00am at the International Peace Institute (IPI), 777 United Nations Plaza in New York.

Dr. Terrance Drew presence at the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly (being hosted in New York City, US), in representing St.Kitts-Nevis- along with my other colleagues, has been going quite well. The atmosphere has been very engaging in meeting leaders and other representatives from many countries around the world and using the opportunity to forge and push forward our national agenda and to collaborate with other countries to ensure that we push for peace and prosperity in this world, and so in terms of engagement, it’s going very well and in terms of pushing our positions forward, it is also going very well.
