Dolphin caught in Fig Tree Sandy Point 

Today 2 of May 2018, made History in Fig Tree Sandy  for some persons. Persons living in the area saw what appeared to be a baby Dolphin in the Caribbean Sea since 2-3 weeks ago swimming very close to the shore. It mostly showed up at mornings before the fishermen leave for fishing, 

This morning fisher men Captain lomax , Grammy, Nikka D, Gyva, Punya and others by standers caught the same baby Dolphin in a net this around 8:00 am while hauling beating fish.

They however it was thrown back into the sea.

Popular Tek Dat Bar on Fort Street closes; Exclusives among other small  business closures in St. Kitts

 

Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 2, 2018 – As the St. Kitts and Nevis economy continues to tumble, more small businesses are closing their doors resulting in loss of pay checks, unemployment and non-payment of bills.

On Monday, 30th April, the popular Tek Dat Bar on Fort Street closed its doors.

Persons on Fort Street observed workmen taking down the Tek Dat Bar sign and removing kitchen and other equipment from the building around mid-day.
