MINISTER HENDERSON ANTICIPATES POWERFUL WORSHIP EXPERIENCE AT PRAISEFEST 2025

Basseterre, Saint Kitts, June 19, 2025 (SKNIS): Minister of Tourism, the Honourable Marsha Henderson, has lauded the fruitful collaboration with the Antioch Baptist Church, which has given rise to the vibrant gospel event PraiseFest.

Now in its third year, PraiseFest showcases top-tier talent from the local and international gospel music industry. Hundreds of patrons look forward each year to the spiritually enriching event each year. This year’s worship experience takes place on June 22, 2025, at the Antioch Baptist Church grounds at Lime Kiln Commercial Development.

“I intend to be there,” Minister Henderson stated, noting that it has become a regular fixture that she eagerly anticipates. “The Antioch Baptist Church goes all out. The atmosphere is energetic, the production was on point, so I am looking forward to the same standard this year as well.”

PraiseFest featured renowned gospel artiste Jermaine Edwards as its headliner in 2023, while the 2024 edition was led by internationally acclaimed worship leader Phil Thompson. This year’s stellar lineup includes gospel powerhouses Susan Best, Bridget Blucher, Kevin Downswell, Venelle Powell and Neesha Woodz.

“I think we are in for a good show on Sunday,” Honourable Henderson stated, commending the opportunity for local artistes to share the main stage alongside international artistes.
