CHESLYN HUTTON SENTENCED FOR UNLAWFUL CARNAL KNOWLEDGE
Cheslyn Hutton of Cotton Ground, Nevis, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for
the offences of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge and Procuring Drugs to Perform a
Miscarriage. Mr Hutton was previously charged on May 3rd, 2025, with six (6) counts of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge and one (1) count of Procuring Drugs to Perform a Miscarriage.

MARCEL & MEKEL MILLS CHARGED WITH CANNABIS OFFENCES
On February 12th, 2026, officers of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force(RSCNPF) Division “C” executed a search warrant at the premises of Marcel Mills in Hamilton, Nevis. During the search, officers discovered forty (40) plants suspected to be [and shortly thereafter confirmed as] cannabis on the property. The plant and other items of evidential value were taken into custody.
