BRANDON GOVIA AND DEQUAN DORE CHARGED WITH LARCENY
Basseterre, St. Kitts – July 19, 2024: Officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Royal St. Christopher-Nevis Police Force, have concluded investigations in separate cases of Larceny and charges have been brought against the following persons:
ZERON CAREY SENTENCED FOR ILLEGAL FIREARM POSSESSION
Basseterre, St. Kitts – July 18, 2024: Zeron Carey, 26, of Conaree Village, St. Kitts, appeared before High Court Judge His Lordship Justice Ian Morley KC, where he was sentenced for possessing an illegal firearm.
PATRICK HOWELL JR. SENTENCED TO FORTY-FIVE AND A HALF (45 ½) YEARS IN PRISON
Charlestown, Nevis – July 17, 2024: Patrick Howell Jr., 29 yrs. of Cane Garden, Nevis, appeared before High Court judge His Lordship Patrick Thompson Jr. in the Nevis Circuit of the High Court, where he was sentenced for a series of crimes for which he was previously convicted.
Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis – July 15, 2024 – Officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force have arrested and charged Mr. Hewlette Hanley of West Farm for the offence of Larceny by Servant.
Mr. Hanley was formally charged at the Basseterre Police Station on July 12, 2024. He was taken before a Magistrate at the Basseterre Magistrate court on July 15, where he was granted bail in the sum of $15,000.00 with two sureties, and other conditions.
