ARREST AND CHARGE IN LARCENY BY SERVANT CASE


Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis – July 15, 2024 – Officers of the Criminal
Investigation Department of The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force have arrested and charged Mr. Hewlette Hanley of West Farm for the offence of Larceny by Servant.


Mr. Hanley was formally charged at the Basseterre Police Station on July
12, 2024. He was taken before a Magistrate at the Basseterre Magistrate court on July 15, where he was granted bail in the sum of $15,000.00 with two sureties, and other conditions.


The public is reminded that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of
law. The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force remains vigilant and dedicated to maintaining the safety and security of our community.
