PHILIPSBURG–The Court of First Instance on Thursday sentenced Shaville Azeem Tarez Parris (29) to life imprisonment for his involvement in four contract killings between June 2018 and January 2020, while Felito Akim Rombley (29) received eights years in prison for being the getaway driver in one of these hits.
