ANIYAH FAGAN FINED FOR DRUG OFFENCES
Aniyah Fagan of Buckley’s Courtyard, St. Kitts, has been fined for several drug-related
offences committed on March 20th, 2025.

Ms Fagan pleaded guilty to Possession of Cannabis and was fined five thousand dollars ($5,000 EC), payable within six (6) months or in default, twelve (12) months imprisonment.

GREENE BROWNE CHARGED WITH CANNABIS CULTIVATION & POSSESSION

Greene Browne of Maddens, Nevis, has been charged with Cultivation of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply. During the execution of a search warrant at his residence on October 30th
, 2025, officers of the Royal St. Christopher and NevisPolice Force (RSCNPF) discovered a total of seventy (70) plants suspected tobecannabis planted on the property.
