As a result, the Magistrate issued a remand warrant for him and he was taken into Police custody. He received bail on July 31, 2018 in the sum of $37,000.00 with (2) sureties and is scheduled to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on September 03, 2018. His bail conditions are that he is to surrender his passport, he is to report to the Charlestown Police Station every Wednesday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., and he is not to leave the federation without the consent of the court.
