The Traffic Department of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is currently investigating a fatal traffic incident that occurred in the Wades Garden area on the evening of Wednesday, May 21, 2025. At approximately 8:30 p.m., police received a report of a male individual being transported to the Joseph N. France General Hospital (JNF) with injuries suspected to be from a vehicular collision.

The Honourable Attorney General and Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, Garth Wilkin, crafted the Bill to replace the antiquated 1946 colonial law with a modern legal system that meets current international standards.
