Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 10, 2018 (RSCNPF): The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is offering a reward in the sum of EC $50,000 in an effort to solicit information that may lead to the arrest and successful prosecution of the person(s) responsible for the death of Police Sergeant Dwight Davis.

Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 9, 2018 – Some of the achievements of outgoing St. Christopher 1 (East Basseterre) Parliamentary Representative, Dr. Earl Asim Martin, were highlighted Sunday night by former school principal, Dr. Geoffrey Hanley.
At a pre-Labour Day public meeting, at which Dr. Hanley presented an award to Dr. Martin, several of the benefits to the people of the area were documented.

Notice to Mariners

In preparation to construct the new cruise pier, dredging by Motor Vessel Ocean Traverse Nord has commenced on the western side of the current
cruise pier at Port Zante.

All Mariners including the Ferry, Water Taxi, Catamarans and Fishing BoatCaptains navigating in and out of the Ferry Terminal, the Port Zante Marina and the immediate environs are therefore, strongly advised to proceed at a safe speed at all times and with utmost caution in this area. In fact, all Mariners must navigate around or outside the dredged area which is distinctively marked with yellow buoys for their own safety and for the safety
of their passengers and crew.

As the dredging operations progress further updates and announcements will be given from time to time or as the need arise for navigating in or near the dredged area.

Thank you for your cooperation as the Department of Maritime Affairs continues to create a safe marine environment for all.
