DWIGHT JAMES SENTENCED EIGHTEEN YEARS FOR MANSLAUGHTER

Dwight James of Farm Site, Sandy Point, St. Kitts, age thirty-four (34), has been sentenced to serve eighteen (18) years in His Majesty’s Prison for the offence of Manslaughter by Virtue of Diminished Capacity. Mr James was originally charged with Murder, the criminal act having been committed on August 8th , 2022, and resulting in the death of Luis K. James, also of Farm Site, Sandy Point.
