Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew proceeded immediately to the hospital to receive a firsthand briefing on the condition of the passengers and crew of the ferry Apple Syder following the maritime incident.
 

Upon arrival, the Prime Minister was met by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, the Acting Matron, and members of the hospital’s clinical and administrative team, who provided a comprehensive update on the response and the condition of those involved.

OPEN CALL FOR PROPOSALS Justice Mural Initiative

Issued by the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs, Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis

This initiative is being implemented under the Justice Action Coalition Catalytic Fund in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme Multi Country Office for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.

1.  Background and Reform Context

The Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs is continuing its work to strengthen people- centred justice in Saint Kitts, with a growing focus on community engagement, public awareness, and restorative approaches to justice.

As part of this effort, we are introducing a Justice Mural Initiative- a public art project, designed to translate key justice concepts into something visible, relatable, and meaningful for the wider community.

This mural will serve as a public- facing representation of justice reform, while also creating opportunities for youth engagement, creative expression, and community participation.
