THE FEDERATION OF ST. KITTS NEVIS IS REPRESNTED AT THE MISS OECS PAGEANT 2019 IN DOMINICA

Tuesday 29th October, 2019 (St. Kitts & Nevis) 2nd Runner-up in the St. Kitts Nevis National Carnival Swimsuit Pageant, 22 year old Miss Saskia Evans, has been provided the opportunity to represent the Federation at the Miss OECS Pageant 2019 to be held in Dominica.  The Pageant will be held at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium on Friday 1st November, 2019 at 8:00 p.m.  The Ms. OECS Pageant was conceptualized in 1984 but took a hiatus and has now been revitalized after 20 years. Ms. Evans left the Federation on Monday 28th October to vie for the title of Miss. OECS, competing with five (5) ladies from Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada and St. Lucia.

Performing Artiste Lightning Storm gives back to the Federation

Basseterre, St. Kitts: Performing Artiste Lightning Storm, who was born in St Maarten, is giving back to the children of St Kitts and Nevis.

More known for his basketball skills, he shocked everyone, when he transitioned to music. Lightning Storm’s musical career catapulted when he graced the stage on the Buju Banton show in 2007, at Festival Village in St Maarten. Since then, he is based in Holland.
