BUS DRIVERS RUSHED TO HOSPITAL FOLLOWING TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

 Basseterre, St. Kitts, January 05, 2019 (RSCNPF): At about 10 a.m. on Friday, January 04, 911 operators received a report of a traffic accident in the White Gate area in Dieppe Bay and the information was relayed to the Dieppe Police Station. The accident involved motor omnibus H107 which is owned and was driven by Curtis Flanders of Halfway Tree, backhoe PA6139 owned and driven by Mahendranauth Balgobin of Cane Garden, Nevis and motor omnibus HA433 owned and driven by Kelvon Hanley of Buckley’s Estate.

The High Command notes, with great concern, the contents of a video that involves two visitors and two Police Officers currently being circulated in the public domain. The High Command of The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force has launched an investigation to look into all the circumstances surrounding the arrest and release of the two visitors that occurred when the Police Officers responded to a report of an incident at a hotel in the Frigate Bay area on January 01, 2019.

POLICE INVESTIGATING SHOOTING INCIDENT AT STONEY GROVE

 Basseterre, St. Kitts, January 02, 2019 (RSCNPF): Police are investigating a shooting incident at Stoney Grove that left two men hospitalised.

The incident occurred at about 6:12 a.m. on Tuesday, January 01, 2019. Preliminary investigations so far have revealed that 22-year-old Keon Moore of Bath Plain and 28-year-old Jelani Liburd of Craddock Road were attacked by unknown assailants while in a motor car. They both sustained gunshot injuries about their bodies and were transported to the Alexandra Hospital.

New Year’s Day shooting leaves men with chest and leg injuries

Charlestown, Nevis, January 1, 2019 – One of two men shot in Nevis early Tuesday morning has left two me injured, with one in critical.

According to reports the men had just left a well known club and were seated in a vehicle when a gunman opened fire on them.

One was injured in the chest and the other in the leg.
