Basseterre, St. Kitts, November 21, 2017 – A United States investigation into the unethical herpes vaccine trial in a private home in St. Kitts has found that Southern Illinois University associate professor William Halford vaccinated patients in U.S. hotel rooms in brazen violation of U.S. law.

Number of murders for 2017 surpasses number of persons killed in all of 2012
Basseterre, St. Kitts, November 21, 2017 – Five days after Prime Minister Dr. the Honourable Timothy Harris boasted of a reduction in murders in 2017 over 2016, there were several shooting incidents in which the murder rate rose by one.
The murder of 56-year-old businessman, Lincoln Liburd of Nevis took the number of murders in 2017 to 21, surpassing the 18 murders for all of 2012. It is on the same level with the murders in all of 2013. There were 24 murders in 2014; 30 murders in 2015, the year that Dr. Harris took office and 30 murders in 2016.
Liburd, a Cradock Road huckster was found shot to death on Friday 17th November in Zetlands Village, Gingerland, Nevis.
There were also shooting incidents in Cotton Ground, Nevis and Dieppe Bay, St. Kitts on Friday, 17th and at Saddlers on Saturday 18th.
