MINISTER HAMILTON DONATES $15,000 TO FLOW 4G CAYON ROCKETS TO PARTICIPATE IN CONCACAF CHAMPIONSHIP IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 05, 2018 (SKNIS): During half time at the FLOW 4G Cayon Rockets versus Rams Village Superstars football game held on April 05 at Warner Park, Parliamentary Representative for Constituency # 8, the Honourable Eugene Hamilton, handed over a cheque in the sum of EC $15,000 to the Cayon Rockets towards its participation in the 2018 CONCACAF (The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football) Caribbean Club Shield Championship Games, which will be held in the Dominican Republic from April 11-18.

PRIME MINISTER HARRIS PLEASED WITH PACE AT WHICH CAPITAL PROJECTS ARE BEING ROLLED OUT IN 2018

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, April 5, 2018 (Press Unit in the Office of the Prime Minister) – The implementation of the government’s capital projects in 2018 is continuing to roll out at a significance pace.

Currently, construction work is ongoing on the new Tabernacle Health Centre following its official ground blessing ceremony in January. Work is also continuing on the Coast Guard Unit base at Bird Rock, and now employees of the Public Works Department (PWD) are progressing with work on the rehabilitation of the former mechanic shop at the St. Kitts Sugar Manufacturing Corporation (SSMC) compound at Kittsodart.

Guyanese national died from multiple gunshot wounds

Charlestown, Nevis, April 5, 2018 – Guyanese national Marlon James died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds to the body. The body also had 90 percent thermal burns.

That is the conclusion of Forensic Pathologist Dr. Valery Alexandrov, who performed an autopsy on the body on Wednesday April 4.

Forensic pathologist: Priston Flemming was murdered

Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 5, 2018 – A pathologist has concluded that *21-year-old Priston Joel Flemming was murdered.

Forensic pathologist Dr. Valery Alexandrov who performed a post mortem examination on Flemming’s body on Wednesday, April 4, concluded that Flemming died as a result of Homicidal Ligature Strangulation.
