PISTOL FOUND AT SCENE OF CRIME IN POLICE CUSTODY

Basseterre, St. Kitts, August 29, 2018 (RSCNPF): A pistol found at the scene of a fatal shooting incident Monday night was taken into Police custody.
The .32 pistol was found at the scene where Mickail Liburd was shot and killed in Pine Gardens on August 27. The firearm is currently being processed at the Forensic Department along with other items of evidential value. This is the twenty-second firearm to be taken into Police custody to date.
