Ms. Franks a Kittian, has 13 years of experience in the Tourism Industry including 12 years at the St.Kitts Tourism Authority as their Product Development Officer. Her qualifications consist of a Bsc. – Bachelors of Science Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management and an MBA -Master of Business Administration .
