Prime Minister Dr. The Honourable Timothy Harris is today distributing $500 disbursements to a number of deserving students as part of his annual #HelpaChild Programme. This year, #PMHarris is presenting the disbursements during visits to the various primary schools within Constituency #7, with his first stop being at the Joshua Obadiah Williams Primary School where 13 students were awarded. #OPMSKN
