I want acknowledge 2 individual from St Kitts who participated in a Emergency Disaster Management course in Japan who has succeeded with flying colors .

They are Linell Richardson of Stapleton Village and Joshsid Emmanuel of Spooners Cayon. Both men pass this course and can be seen holding their certificates. I believe that they should be recognize for their achievement especially because they went on behalf of St Kitts Nevis.
